All opinions are my own.

This time of year can be hard for many people. Those suffering from depression and suicide attempts may feel especially alone during the holiday season. If this is you, please know, you are not alone.

You do not have to suffer in silence. You are worthy of love. You are loved. (I know you think this is untrue, but that is the depression clouding your sight to the love. This is absolutely, completely, 100% not your fault.)

If you or someone you know are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please reach out to someone. #BreakTheStigma #StopSuicide #SuicidePrevention #AFSP
